Samantha Martin

Samantha Martin brings over a decade of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong specialization in the construction industry. Her career began in homebuilding, where she spent more than six years progressing from Staff Accountant to Controller for both custom homebuilders and large-scale tract development companies.

Today, Samantha serves as Controller and Fractional CFO for multiple construction-related businesses, including residential and commercial solar firms, metal roof fabrication and installation companies, and large civil and infrastructure contractors. Her work emphasizes cost control, job costing accuracy, project cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting that helps owners make real- time operational decisions.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from Oregon State University and also brings additional background in the automotive and legal sectors, adding breadth and analytical perspective to her construction expertise.
